Q: According to The World Health Organization, assuming life expectancy equals the average number of years a person born in a given country would live if mortality rates at each age were to remain constant in the future, what country has the highest life expectancy in the world? 

A: Monaco (87.2 years). Japan is #2 (84.6 years) and its literacy rate is almost 100%. The United States is # 35 at 79.8 years.
